Kristen’s parents, Mike and Stephanie Watt, were instrumental in founding the Kristen Watt Foundation. With the dedicated help of friends and other family members, Mike and Stephanie have been able to expand the Kristen Watt Foundation and contribute to national efforts toward increasing eating disorders awareness.

About the Watt family . . .

We are a non-profit organization located in Stockton, California, supported exclusively through contributions and donations. We are dedicated to increasing awareness of eating disorders, education, and treatment.

We have established the HIP (Healthy Image Promotions) Program on three different high school campuses, which focuses on body image and self-esteem. We currently have a doctor who speaks to physicians about how to monitor eating disorder patients.

Through the foundation’s efforts, public speaking forums are offered to local hospitals and clinics.

About the Foundation . . .

We sponsor three events each year to help generate funds for the organization (see “Upcoming Events”.

In addition, we rely on the generosity of individuals to further support the foundation.
